An image of an ice cream cone is shown below. The slant height of the cone itself is 3.5 inches, and the radius of the ice cream scoop on top is 0.75 inches. What is the approximate surface area of the entire ice cream cone with the scoop of ice cream? Answer 3.8π square inches 3.2π square inches 4.3π square inches 5.4π square inches
Tried using the formula?
Find the circumference of the base of the cone, then multiply that by the height, that is the area of the cone, and then add that to the area of the circle on the bottom
idk how to do this stuff i think its C
For curved part use, \[\frac12 \times circumference \times \text{slant length} \]
For top sphere use, \[\frac{4 \pi r^2}{2}\]
so than that would be?
Oh, I didn't see the part about the ice cream :-P Listen to saifoo.
@YMCMB , try it man. no direct answers! xD
Dont try to listen btw.. coz u aint going to hear me.. read what im trping. hehe. ;D
idk honestly
Try to fill in the equations
you know the slant height and you know the radius as well. insert the values
I Got C, ima submit n see if imright if not than oh well ima skip it :(
..
o.O
If you tried it, you should get correct ans
its hard forme to understand i have A.D.D.
