The tank allows water in slowly until it reaches 1/3 of the tank's volume at that point a valve opens allowing the water to exit through a 1" ID. pipe for 10 seconds emptying the tank . Assume the only restriction to flow in the pipe is an atmospheric pressure of 15 psi. What is the discharge rate ft^3/second?
