Can you give me steps on how to solve please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, it would be cool if you could give me an example to solve, i'll do this until then: \[\frac{x+3}{4x-5} = 6\] multiply both sides by bottom line: \[x+3 = 6(4x-5)\] expand RHS : \[x+3 = 24x-30\] collect like terms: \[33 = 23x\] divide by 23: \[x = \frac{33}{23}\]

im so confused|dw:1334871729500:dw| can you try this one?
