Estimate the area under the graph of f(x)=x^2+2x from x=4 to x=8 using 4 approximating rectangles and left endpoints.

What does the left endpoints part mean? Not in my book anywhere..........

i would think it means that when you draw the graphs and find the endpoints from between 4 and 8 you use the end points on the left side?
