While mRNA strands are being created a sequence is sometimes miscopied. What will be the long-term effect of this on the cell? The damaged mRNA may cause cell death. Translation may not take place. mRNA mutation will pass to all new cells. Ribosomes may be destroyed.

Translation still takes place because because mRNA is still there even if it is miscopied Ribosome will not be destroyed because they have rRNA instead of mRNA mRNA will not pass to new cells because only the DNA is being copied in mitosis so only 1 answer is left :)
