you can express 28 as 7x4 . you can take out 4 from the radical sign. 9sqrt7 - sqrt28 9sqrt7- sqrt(7*4) 9sqrt7- 2sqrt 7 (because when you take out 4, you get its square root, sqr4 =2) You can subtract numbers with the same radical so 7sqrt7 would be the answer
