i had this crazy idea on how to make askers give medals...could you program it so that askers cannot close an answered question without choosing a best answer? good idea? please give a feedback :DDD

No, but what if the asker needs to ask another question, and there still hasn't been a proper or satisfactory reply, that solves it? Then they 'll be forced to give a medal.

Medals are precious I guess, not to be considered like a Facebook "like", though they may seem analogous :)
