Two hominid fossils are found in the same rock strata in caves about 10 kilometers apart in France. After radioactive dating, both are found to be about 150,000 years old. What else should be done before they are assigned to the same species? Answer Excavate deeper rock layers. Look for evidence of tool use. Find more fossils in both caves. Compare anatomical structures.

I believe that the answer is the 4th option I mean excavating deeper doesn't really make any sense. Evidence of tool use doesn't really sound accurate either. The third is possible but, really comparing the structures of each fossil would be the most logical answer.

I mean which one do you think is the right answer if you think about it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3rd?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or 4th

Right just logically if you really study the question it reveals it's answer to you.
