first what did you get for the base area?
You can estimate (in your head) like this:
\[ \pi r^2 \]
is (very roughly) 3* 4*4= 48 (pi is really 3.14159...)
the height is 3, so (using 50 instead of 48 'cause it's easier) 3*50= 150
I'd expect the answer about 150 or so

You should try to do the calculation. Get a calculator. type in 4*4 (that is the radius squared)
multiply it by 3.14
that will be the area
multiply by the height (3)
that should be the volume
