How do you get suspended from OS for a few hours starting at 3am so you can get some sleep?

Well, I'm not saying sleep suspensions can't be arranged - but in all seriousness, suspensions are nasty, nasty things. Nasty to get and nasty to give. We reserve them for disciplinary problems, and then we use them only as a last resort.
