One way to do this. Notice that when y=0 you get x=0. so the graph must go through 0,0 now try y=2, x will be -(1/4)*2^2 = -1/4 * 4 = -1 look for the graph where x=-1 and y=2

Similarly, when y = 4, x = -4, so you can look for that point also. :-)
