Check all polynomials that are perfect square trinomials A.16x2 + 24x + 9 B.36b2 - 24b + 8 C.9x2 - 6x + 1 D.4a2 - 10a + 25

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

to verify get the square root of the first term let's say for number one it's 4x square root the last term for example in number 1 it's 3..multiply these two..for number 1 it's 12x...now multiply it by two it's 24x.if the middle terms are the same then it is a perfect square trinomial got it?

A and C?

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

D seems like a perfect square trinomial too..
