3. Two boys, Jack and John, took a race on a 200 m distance. At the start, Jack, who was always faster, let John start 8 m ahead of him and 2 seconds earlier than him. Nevertheless, Jack won the race by 2 seconds, running 200 m in 20 seconds. How long would it take John to run the whole distance of 200 m?
