I don't like the smartscore. People used to be able to come here and ask anything they want without worrying about if they looked dumb. Why rate people's "smartness" here? Plus, now you can't see how many medals people earned when you put your mouse over their avatar. That was a better way to build credits here. If people feel demoted, I appreciate that they're upset!

Hmm that's a good point, maybe we should call it some think like "community score". Though (other than the name) why is there a feeling of a measure of "smartness" different to that of the original medal system?
