can anybody suggest me how to write paragraph
1. Tell 'em what your gonna tell 'em (topic sentence) 2. Tell 'em (body/all the information) 3. And then tell 'em what you told 'em (closing sentence) This is simple, fun to say, and helped a lot! (Of course, be sure that your paragraph uses the proper spelling, and complete sentences.) 1. Write an introduction sentence, giving a general idea of what you're going to write. 2. Write your body sentences (2-6 sentences) 3. Write a concluding sentence to wrap up your paragraph. The first sentence of the paragraph should grab the readers attention. Any paragraph in an essay or a research report should start with a broad statement about the paragraph content and become more specific throughout the paragraph. An introductory paragraph should give a brief overview of the essay or report, becoming more specific as it goes on, and conclude by introducing the body of the work.
thanks alot
The structure for a body paragraph: -Topic Sentence (The main point of your paragraph) -The information (What you write in your paragraph) -Examples & Evidence (Proof on what you've said) -Link back to contention (The contention is the whole point of the essay)
When asked a question like this, I always say somewhere that there is nor perfect formula for writing. It all depends on the writer, audience, circumstances, etc. However, for you, it may be better to provide a structural skeleton of how most paragraphs are generally organized. 1st: you should always have a topic sentence indicating the main idea of your paragraph (thesis for introductory paragraphs) 2nd: sometimes it is necessary to provide an OS or organizing statement that gives the reader an idea about what points you will cover. 3rd: commentary, elaboration, discussion about your topic 4th: analysis to show your depth of knowledge and attention to the subject 5th: some type of wrap up statement like a clincher to end with a bang! (haha..see what i did there)
