Oh the goodness!

- Get some SmartScore avatar borders going in chat.
- Add some category descriptions on the profile page.
- Tweak the hover darkening of the SmartScore bar in the header.
- Fix for the messaging bug where the message send spins instead of actually sending.
- Some performance improvements, especially in IE8.
- Search bot fixes.
- Some initial load improvements.
- Some small fixes to internal SmartScore tracking.
