A vertical expansion by a factor of 2, a horizontal compression by a factor of 1/2, a reflection in the x-axis, a reflection in the y-axis, a translation of 7 units to the left, and a translation of 4 units upward. What is the function y=f(x) tranformed to y=af(k(x-h))+q?

Wouldn't the answer be: y=-2f(-2x+7)+4? How come at the back of my text book, h=-7?
