Ohh yeah

\[\sum_{n=1}^{50}n.n!=\sum_{n=1}^{50}(n+1)!-n!\]you can use telescoping sum here and see all intermediate sums cancel out leaving just:\[51!-1!\]

this is using the fact that:\[(n+1)!=(n+1)*n!=n*n!+n!\]

its called cheating....LOL the series is given till 50! i did it for shorter series like till 1*1! + 2*2! =3! -1 1*1! + 2*2! + 3*3! =4! - 1 hence if the series is till 1*1! + 2*2! + 3*3! + ....... + 50*50! then as per my steps it should be 51! - 1
