Speaking only based on ads I've seen: there's a lot of attempts at education out there referring to cutting boards!

i think that improving the sterilization process before and during packing will be the best way to avoid and to prevent food borne diseases bcoz the food which is already processed will have the least no of microbes before it will be used to eat. as we know that at industry level it is impossible to make a whole of workable area contamination free but we can pack the food in a sterilized container or packing.
