differentiate (7x+4)^2 find the derivative

OpenStudy (kropot72):

Use the chain rule: Differentiate with respect to (7x + 4) and get: 2(7x + 4) The differentiate (7x + 4) with respect to x and get: 7 The multiply the two results and get: 14(7x + 4)

OpenStudy (kropot72):

Sorry for typos. It should read: "Then differentiate................" and "Then multiply................."
