1) If there is none, an object stays in motion if the object is already moving and the object that is at rest stays at rest. (First Law of Motion) 2) When there are forces acting, and there is an unbalanced force, the object will acquire an acceleration (Second Law of Motion) 3) The forces generate an equal and opposite force to itself whenever exerted. This provides the Reaction force to every force. (Third Law of Motion)
