The usual: Get a good nights rest and eat a good breakfast.

It's important to relax! Also, if you don't understand a problem right away, don't panic. Read it again and if you still don't understand, move on! There is no sense is spending a lot of time on one problem you don't fully understand when that time could be spent on problems you better understand.
