What are the steps used to construct a triangle centroid?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you make a perpendicular bisect on each of the sides to make a right angle. where all three lines meet up is the centroid. if the triangles acute, itll be inside. obtuse, outside. right, on the triangle itself.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mark the midpoints of each side and draw 3 lines from each vertex to midpoint opposite

i need the steps, theres 5 i think. i just cant remember all 5
