A photographer conducted three sessions yesterday. She completed the first session in 56 minutes, the second in 42 minutes and the third in 1 hour and 16 minutes. How many hours did it take her to complete all three sessions?

1. Simplify the hours into minutes 2. This leaves you with the following numbers... 56, 42, 76 (60 + 16). 3. Add these number all together. You should get 174. 4. Now check how many times 60 (the number of minutes in an hour) goes into 174. 5. 60 goes into 174, 2 times. 6. Now what's the remainder? 7. The remainder is 54 8. The answer is 2 hours and 54 minutes.
