I have been on this question for over a hour please help Grace is making party hats for her upcoming birthday party. A single hat has a diameter of 23 centimeters and a slant height of 30 centimeters. What is the lateral area of each party hat? 3,829.60 cm2 2,167.70 cm2 1,083.85 cm2 1,499.33 cm2

Directrix (directrix):

1,083.85 cm^2 ------------- The lateral area of a cone is pi *r *L where r is the radius but L is the slant height. LA = pi * 23/2 * 30. (Note: radius = diameter divided by 2) LA = 345 pi or 1083.85 square cm
