I think the triangle APB is proportional to triangle RPQ. Therefore I believe that length of the segment AB should be proportional to the length of segment RQ just as the length of segment PB is proportional to the length of segment PQ.

length of segment PQ = 70 feet
length of segment PB = PQ - BQ = 70 - 40 = 30 feet
so AB/RQ = PB/PQ
AB/210 = 30/70
rearrange
