In a pedigree chart a female is a carrier for color blindness and is marked as a black circle. So I have a pedigree chart in which a woman is marked as a black circle and the question says "She is a carrier for color blindness" but doesn't carrier mean non-affected but carrying the disease allele though? Or can a carrier be an affected one as well?

Carriers are not affected, but do carry the disease allele. Are you sure she is a carrier and unaffected?
The woman is labelled as a "carrier for color blindness" as well as marked with a black circle. I'm sure this is what the question states, but if carriers are not affected, the question must be wrong :)
