neither how you wrote it - growth anddecay functions usually have e in them, where if it is a positive number it is growth and a negative number denotes decay. Did you copy the problem down wrong on here? cause how you wrote it, it would look like:
y=.315x

if you meant y=2.1x^.15, it would be growth.
