Ive got a thought. It happens from time to time. But how about, for psychological purposes of course, we change "best answer" to "best advice" or something similar that conveys something other than simply giving out an answer?
this is becomming filosophy group litle by litle....:)
Supported. You're supposed to "give help, not answers"? after all.
Ahh great Idea, I've been trying to think of a word that's better than "answer" for ages :D
Resonse is another nice word

Hm. That's an interesting idea. Or perhaps, "Best Help"? I'm going to post a link to this in our team chat room and make sure everyone in the company sees it so we'll have a discussion about it.
Change it to anything, just not Best Answer.
Wait for backlash upon the anger of changing it to best advice, but, if anything, it's the fastest help on answer sniping and can't hurt too badly.
Basically, it would be helpful to have "rewards" for different behaviors, the specificity would allow less ambiguity with regard to why a user received/gave a "medal" and would improve metrics+analytics. I mean we are breaking down different actions into different behaviors with the SmartScore so this is the natural evolution of our current ratings system.
