Consider f(x) = 5f(x-1) and f(1) = 2. I'm having trouble trying to find f(-1), please help!

P.S. I already found f(2) = 10, f(3) = 50 and f(0) = 2/5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

f(0) = 5 f(-1) right? you know f(0) so you can solve for f(-1)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its is 2/25 u have aready found f(0) now put x = 0 in equation and u will get f(-1) on the other side
