Mixtures: Lisa will make punch that is 25% fruit juice by adding pure fruit juice to a 2-liter mixture that is 10% pure fruit juice. How many liter of pure fruit juice does she need to add?

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

"Lisa will make punch that is 25% fruit juice" ...this means that 25% fruit juice is the result "by adding pure fruit juice" ....this means that one of the addends is 100% fruit juice " 2-liter mixture that is 10% pure fruit juice" ....is the other addend the question is how many liters of that pure fruit juice.... *some prefer a table but it's pretty hard here so i'll just type it... x Liters of 100% fruit juice + 2 L of 10% fruit juice = (x+2) L of 25% fruit juice do you understand this equation? i mean the why and the how..

OpenStudy (no_ellephant):

no >_< can you do the table?
