This expressions is in the form \[a^{2} - b^{2}\] Whenever you have such a situation, you can work it out to (a+b)(a-b) In your case, a^2 is 36x^2 and if you look carefully, that is actually (6x)^2 Similarly, b^2 for you is 49y^2 and that is actually (7y)^2 So your answer will be (6x+7y)(6x-7y)
