That looks like the output from the command window. Do you have any code that looks similar to:
last = raw_input("Enter your last name")

The assignment asks you to prompt the user for information and then print that information. To do this you need to present a prompt and store the response in a variable. The raw_input example is a quick way to do this. Then you can print it out the same way that you did previously.
