I think it has to do with a lack of flexibility in your thinking. It's kind of an odd combination of terms and conclusion, so it sounds like it's in context with a larger text surrounding it. I would say that being concerned with the way you imagine you'll be judged is an inhibiting, constricting and unrealistic starting point.
