How would I find the values of p for when the series converges? of the sum (1-p/k)^k. If I do the root test the test is inconclusive, and I get stuck with the extra variable in trying to do a ratio test. Maybe some other test would work that I'm not thinking of?

$$\sum_{k=1}^{\infty} (1-p/k)^k$$ looks like I can make it [(k-p)/k]^k but that's the route I took and it got kinda hairy. Maybe I'm missing something hmm.
