hey everybody ,,, i am looking for project proposals for matlab course ,,,i will like to have ur suggestions and guidance about this proposal ??????

as in application of matlab? a survey of some type? I'm berly learning about mat lab; well course is practically over. In my book the main project used is of a sky diver and velocity, acceleration and position. The whole book pretty much uses that as back up. Perhaps something similar.... Running speeds; a ball falling from a roof...... what would you consider a project? I know this is an odd question, but I'm not so sure.

Think a good question is what cant you do with matlab.. Its such a huge program.. I took this Diff. Eq course and we solved the Wave equation using matlab.We did a 2D wave in a box and the cool thing here is that the program could graph the solution. So yea, pretty much any simple model of a physical phenomena can be done with matlab.

Also ( i didn't do this),i have a buddy that did a project using matlab for analyzing signals. Using different techniques he could break the signal down into smaller components( i think demodulate is the term?? ). The cool thing he showed me was that matlab could playback your signal ( his was his recorded voice saying his name) and it could playback its different components.

So yea, I think a matlab course would be cool if it went hand in hand with a diff eq course, then you could see what your talking about

i know matlab is of vast importance ,,but i m a new user of this software so i dont have enough information and technical point of view about matlab ,,if u kindly suggest me specifically any project u thing can help me to understand it ..
