OpenStudy (kitten):
I need to find critical points of the function f(x,y)=xln(v^2+y^2) I have found fx(x,y)=ln(x^2+y^2)+((2x^2)/(x^2+y^2)) and fy(x,y)=2yx/(y^2+x^2) but I do not know where to go from here. Can some one give me a push?
