If an object is dropped from a height of 144 ft, the funtion "h(t)= -16t^2+144" gives the height of an object after bla bla bla bla bla! do i square t first or do is multiply -16 and t first... i cannot for the life of me figure this one out!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes square t first then multiply by -16.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well then idk, i did that and couldnt get the right answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know which value to Plug in the equation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the height is 144

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh 1.5, 3, 6 and 9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the height is 144 but this function will give you different heights for different values of t which will be plugged in the Equation.
