Is the parallelism in this sentence correct?:

"You should care about them and they about you."

You need a verb in the second part of the sentence, something like...

"You should care about them, and they should care about you."

Or you can do...

"You and they should care about each other."

sort of it could be worded a bit better like: "You should care about each other."

That's a perfectly good sentence.
