Which of the following properties of a ball is conserved as it falls freely in a vacuum? a kinetic energy b gravitational potential energy c monentum d mechanical energy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, i would say the momentum because if it is actually in motion, then it is expending energy. There is even gravitational pull in a vacuum..

@experimentX @shivam_bhalla what are ur thoughts on this question

OpenStudy (mos1635):

d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@mos1635 is right @woleraymond

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because mechanical energy is the sum of potential energy and kinetic energy

thanks all
