ITS NOT WITH OPEN STUDY LIKE THE WEBSITE OR ANYTHING, BUT IM HELPING THIS GUY WITH AMERICAN GOVERNMENT AND WHEN I ASK HIM TO HELP ME WITH MATH HE WANNA GET MAD OR MAE EXCUSES...BUT THE THING IS THE MATH WORK IM DOING HE'S DONE BEFORE SO HE SMART IN THAT SUBJECT AND IS VERY CAPABLE OF HELPING ME

Well, maybe he didn't have enough knowledge on the subject to help you. Maybe, in a way, he was helping you out by not giving you incorrect information

Well, I'm sorry @TaylorAshley7 but that will sometimes happen. If a user doesn't want to help (or isn't comfortable helping), I'm sure you can find someone else.

And please don't use all caps and post this in the Mathematics group, ok? By posting things like this instead of real questions, people who need help won't get it.
