Solve. 3x + 1 < 2x - 2 < 5x +7 A) x < -3 and x > -3 B) -3 < x < 3 C) x < -3 D) no solution

... 3x+1<2x-2<5x+7 3x-3x+1<2x-3x-2<5x-3x+7 1<-x-2<2x+7 1+2<-x-2+2<2x+7+2 3<-x<2x+9 even if you multiply it by (-1) you'll not be able to get all x-es in one side... I THINK there's no solution. But still not sure... wait till someone else tells , if I'm right or wrong :)
