The ratio of the areas of two similar polygons is 400:25. What is the ratio of their corresponding sides? im thinking 4:1 because i had this example of 100:64 being 5:4 now 10x10=100 half of ten is 5 and 8x8=64 half of 8 is 4 i dont know if this is a correct way to do it but thats how i got 4:1 actually doesn't really make sense but yeah is it right?

400:25 reduces to 16:1, take the square root of both sides to get 4:1, so you are correct
