how to learn turbo c in short period of time

You may follow harvard's http://cs50.tv , spending two hours per day learning C.

They do not use Borland's ancient Turbo C compiler/IDE or MS-DOS (they use gcc and a GNU/Linux environment), so you may need to head over to youtube and search for tutorials on Turbo C on DOSBox or something.

With that said, Harvard provides both interesting (albeit long ~50minutes) lectures and tough+interesting problem sets in C.
