Find the next number in the following sequence:
9861, -1986, 9681, -1896, 8961, -1968, 8691

ok..i got -1869...

Look at the first two negative numbers: -1986 is the first one. Now switch the two middle numbers to get -1896 the second negative number. The third negative number moves the 8 to the end and has 96 in the middle. So I thought we should follow the pattenr and switch the two middle numbers and have -1698. I could be wrong. There might be some other pattern but that is the one I saw.
