looks like i myself need to begin from the start .. http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/CalcII/CalcII.aspx i usually prefer video lectures for concept and do exercises

I find it unnecessarily redundant to have a cumulative math exam, when you already have to use previous lessons in order to do the current ones. More work!
