G'day, writing folks. I have my Literature exams coming up pretty soon, and I'm in need of some tips on how to write an effective Literature essay to answer text-based questions. The text would be unseen prose and unseen poetry, most probably taken from the book The Chrysalids by John Wyndham. Usually, when my instructor asks a question, it would go something like this: "What is the story's relevance to Christianity?", "Why do you think...?" or "Compare Char A with Char B. State evidence." Much thanks in advance!
Go back to your notes, and see what topics have been repeated, like Chrisitianity. Then, find your evidence, try to find ideas that would fit into an argument. Outline beforehand how you would argue your point.
@Boblankin Thank you very much! :)
