OpenStudy Comment:
I've been using OpenStudy for nearly a month now, and was just realizing about how much better OpenStudy is than Yahoo! Answers. At OpenStudy, you can get an explanation and real help - through equations and/or drawings. This helps you understand the material - not just get an answer. Thanks OpenStudy!
Glad you like it! We try our best to keep our users happy and contented :)
"how much better OpenStudy is than Yahoo! Answers" Well, glad you like OpenStudy, but everything is better than Yahoo! Answers.
I don't wish to steal OpenStudy's thunder, but here are a list of other awesome places for this stuff. http://stackexchange.com/ : undergraduate to graduate level academics http://www.scienceforums.net/ : any level of academics, science, math, or stats http://physicsforums.com/ : like above, except with more people http://www.reddit.com/r/learnmath : a fast community, not as helpful as StackExchange, but pretty cool nonetheless http://www.khanacademy.org/ : undergraduate's only, but really awesome
lol reddit has an educational site o.O
'Preciate it @Study23!
OS is really the best website ever, but you guys should try and popularize it more. None of my classmates actually got to know of OS until I recommended it to them.
I came to know OS through the hyperphysics and that to just by chance. Never expected that I would find a new world of education, friends and help on the Internet :)
Interestingly enough, I stumbled upon OpenStudy through the HyperPhysics Website. Coincidentally, I visited the HyperPhysics website by chance - through a search engine result. If I had never clicked the HyperPhysics search engine result, I would never have came upon this site for sharing knowledge, and learning new things!
I got to know OS through cellsalive.com. I wanted to find out about the function of the golgi apparatus in cell functioning and stumbled upon OS.
