what groups in the USA shouldnt be protected against discrimination? and which ones are not currenly protected but should be?

This answer is a matter of opinion... I'd say if any one group shouldn't be protected from discrimination it is clearly Extraterrestrials (E.T)'s. I mean come on ... everyone knows they have awesome "suits" that allow them to meld into the US population. This allows them to appear Caucasian, Asian, Black, Indian, Persian, etc. This along with their superior intellects, coupled with extraordinary understanding of the Universe itself. They are... by far... above par compared with most U.S. citizens. For these reasons they should not be protected from discrimination.
