to find global maximum profit

Subtract  cost function from revence function 

Cost(x)- revenue(x)=Profit(x)

maximized this by taking derivative and set it equal to zero and solve for criticle  point.

Use the bound, -3 and 5 and the criticle point and plug them in and see which one is the largest
